A quiet afternoon immersion designed to help you transition out of the day and into rest.
- £15 -
A slow, cosy afternoon of restorative rest and guided yoga nidra, designed to help you gently unwind and prepare for sleep.
Through a slow, supported practice, you’ll be invited to soften the body and ease yourself toward deep rest. This is a space for tired minds and bodies, and those who find it hard to switch off.
A place to begin letting go, before sleep comes.
Please bring warm layers- pyjamas and blankets are very welcome.
About Ren:
Ren teaches Yoga, Restorative and Yoga Nidra at Orangeyoga.
Ren is a facilitator of soft, slow, and somatic spaces that honour the body and mind. Their work invites people out of performance and into presence - through rest, breath, meditation, movement, and ritual.
With a deep respect for the nervous system and the subtleties of sensation, Ren guides practices that centre on you finding the pathways to your own sense of safety, softness, and the quiet magic of coming home to yourself. No aesthetic to maintain. No outcome to chase. Just space to feel, unravel, and reweave.
For anyone who's spent a lifetime organising, fixing, and planning - know that you don’t need permission to rest and that Ren offers you practices to do just that.
** PRACTICAL BITS **
Due to the nature of the Crescent Bakery building, it's ideal to wear layers of clothing for cooler / warmer fluctuations.
