In this talk, science journalist, author (and ashtangi) Caroline Williams will explore how the latest knowledge can inform your practice – and your life – by using your body as a hotline to your mind.
About Caroline:
Caroline Williams is a science journalist and author specialising in neuroscience, psychology and health. She is the author of Override (2017), Move! (2021), and Inner Sense (2025). She is a regular contributor to New Scientist, and has written for The Guardian, The Times, The Telegraph, BBC Future, BBC Earth and National Geographic, among others. She has also appeared on radio programmes on BBC Radio 4, The World Service and globally. She lives in Surrey where she gets her movement fix from yoga, dance and long walks with her dog, Jango.
